Customer Service Specialist / Agent / Representative
The CSR will be responsible for answering calls, translating and assist with website support regarding purchases. Provide product information and help customers to place orders online or via phone.
Responsibilities:
  • Able to generate sales leads from call 
  • Able to address returns, refunds and shipping tracking information
  • Excellent customer care plus focus ability to assess customers needs and provide assistance
  • Willing to try understand plus translate a potential / tentative language barrier
  • Provide effective chats, full of cheerful experiences with successful results
Qualifications :
  • Previously experience in Customer Service
  • Proper phone chats and email etiquette 
  • Ability to speak plus write clearly / accurately with proper grammar
  • Preferred multilingual, English plus: Spanish or Portuguese or Italian or Russian or German or etc.
